**FADE IN:** **INT. PENTHOUSE - MORNING** A tense, silent breakfast. The only sound is the clinking of silverware on porcelain. Reign and Jonathan sit at opposite ends of a long table, a king and queen in a cold war. **INT. GALLERY OFFICE - DAY** Jonathan, reasserting his authority, finalizes a deal to acquire a new collection for the gallery without consulting Reign. It’s a power play. **INT. LAWYER’S OFFICE - DAY** Reign makes a countermove. She quietly meets with the other partners in their legitimate businesses—restaurants, nightclubs—and uses her vast resources to buy out their shares. She is consolidating her legal control. **INT. PENTHOUSE - NIGHT** Jonathan is at the dinner table. His phone buzzes. It’s a series of legal notifications. He has been voted off the board of two of his own companies. He looks up at Reign, who is sipping her wine, her expression placid. He understands. The war will not be fought in the streets. It will be fought in boardrooms and on balance sheets. **SMASH CUT TO BLACK.** **ON SCREEN TEXT: THE BATTLEFIELD HAS CHANGED. THE WEAPONS ARE THE SAME.** **END OF EPISODE 31**
