She’s a dog with a bone. **MONTAGE** - Sarah uncovers the shell corporations. - She traces the wire transfers to offshore accounts. - She finds a pattern of over-priced sales. **INT. REIGN’S OFFICE - DAY** Reign’s team is in a panic. Sarah is getting too close. REIGN You can’t threaten her. You can’t buy her. So you give her something better. **INT. UNDERGROUND GARAGE - NIGHT** Reign meets with Sarah. SARAH I know what you’re doing. And I’m going to expose it. REIGN You’ve found a good story. I’m offering you a great one. Reign slides a file across the hood of the car. It contains everything. The Mayor’s corruption. Vance’s crimes. The deep-seated rot at the heart of the city government. REIGN (CONT’D) You can write a story about a shady art gallery. Or you can win a Pulitzer. Sarah looks at the file, then at Reign.
